I envy you the wealth of birdlife. We do well for an urban area, but nothing to rival the variety you draw.

We have also discovered our city peregrines, and then found out there are another pair over in the spire of a local church.

There is a webcam on the city birds, there is a link on my blog if anyone is interested.Charlottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06204546941269120909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7437000408400473774.post-68124262631445360672011-05-17T04:14:21.431-07:002011-05-17T04:14:21.431-07:00Cheers Ken, the light was amazing that day and it ...Cheers Ken, the light was amazing that day and it defined the birds and, consequently, the way I sketched them.Mike Woodcockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06660839577770854965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7437000408400473774.post-46573816553377501552011-05-16T14:14:35.790-07:002011-05-16T14:14:35.790-07:00What a treat to see these altogether Mike. That's usually not very long, but whilst here, we can hear baby birds from our windows although not always identify the sounds. American robins are now plentiful and that is one of the main harbingers of the season.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14087140585742801854noreply@blogger.com
