The painful truth

I was told it was about time that I updated my profile picture to one that was taken more recently. I'm told that the tired and saggy old bloke to the right is me! I think someone's telling porkies though. I can't possibly look that bad!

It is lethal to have your picture taken after a certain age. In one's head one is still the svelte young thing with peachy skin one used to be 3 decades earlier...I think the truth is that we all look fine and normal to everyone else except our inner critic. :) And it is always nice to see pictures of bloggers.

Jo, I wear a hat because I think it makes me look like Simon King! Why he wears a hat I can't begin to imagine...
